Because of them…
If you would have told me a few years ago that I’d be running my own business, working full-time at a private school, and somehow still making it to practices, games, and everything in between… I probably would’ve laughed.
But here I am.
And the truth is,
I do it all because of them.
The Why Behind It All
Every early morning, every late night, every email sent from my phone in the car, every post scheduled between events… it all comes back to one thing:
My kids.
They are the reason I started Brandify with Kelsey.
They are the reason I keep going when I’m tired.
They are the reason I’ve built a life that doesn’t fit into a “normal” box.
Because I didn’t want to miss it.
The games.
The meets.
The practices.
The car rides.
The random breakfast dates in between it all.
Those moments matter more than anything.
Building a Business Around Real Life
Running a business isn’t always glamorous.
It looks like:
Working from the sidelines of a basketball game
Answering client messages in the car before practice
Editing content while waiting at gymnastics
Brainstorming ideas during late nights after everyone’s asleep
But it also looks like freedom.
Freedom to be present.
Freedom to show up.
Freedom to create something that supports my family instead of pulling me away from them.
That’s what Brandify with Kelsey is really about.
Not just helping businesses grow—but helping people build a life they actually want to live.
The Balancing Act
I won’t pretend it’s easy.
There are days it feels like a lot.
Days I question if I’m doing enough in any area.
But then I look up—and I see them.
Smiling.
Growing.
Doing what they love.
And I’m there for it.
Not missing it.
Not watching from the sidelines of life.
Actually living it with them.
More Than Just Work
Working at the school my kids attend has been one of the biggest blessings.
I get to be part of their everyday life.
I get to pour into other families.
I get to build community while still building my business.
It all ties together in a way that only makes sense when you’re living it.
And while it may look “busy” from the outside…
it feels incredibly intentional on the inside.
Because of Them
They are my reason.
They are my motivation.
They are my reminder of what truly matters.
Everything I’m building,
every client I serve,
every step I take forward,
it’s because of them.

You can do both.
It may not be perfect.
